摘要
通过对中海油气(泰州)石化有限公司300万t/a常减压装置加热炉的自控系统分析研究,依托现有集散控制系统(浙大中控ECS700)对加热炉的自动控制实施全流程优化,解决加热炉操作波动大的问题,提高了热效率。
In this paper,through the study on automatic control optimization of whole process of heating furnace in 3 million tons/year crude distillation unit of CNOOC Gas(Taizhou) Petrochemical Co.,LTD. Relying on the existing distributed control system(SUPCON ES700) to implement the whole process automatic control scheme for heating furnace system. It solves the problem that the heating furnace is difficult to adjust. It improves the thermal efficiency of the furnace and brings benefits to the enterprise.
