摘要
鼻内镜手术操作区域结构复杂,尤其翼管神经切断术涉及翼腭窝、蝶腭孔等重要结构,术后非典型面痛虽然发生概率极低,但程度较甚。及时诊治、对症治疗对预后起着重要作用。
The structures are very complex in the operating area of endoscopic sinus surgery,and especially the vidian neurotomy involving in the pterygopalatine fossa,sphenopalatine foramen and other important structures.Postoperative atypical facial pain is not common,but is severe.Timely diagnosis and treatment play an important role in the prognosis.
