摘要
根据最新的国Ⅵ排放标准,并针对欧系乘用车开发一款高性能的全合成汽油机油SP/GF-6A C50W-20技术配方。选用PAO合成基础油、Ⅲ类深度加氢基础油、Ⅴ类合成基础油聚酯、PMA黏度指数改进剂、降凝剂及复合剂等,通过实验调配最佳的比例,调制出满足AECE-2016 C5和API SP/ILSAC GF-6A技术规格,同时满足并超越GB 11121-2006的全合成汽油机油。具有长效抗磨、节能环保、降低噪音及提升动力等优点。
According to the latest ChineseⅥemission regulation requirements,and for European passenger cars to develop a high performance fully synthetic gasoline engine oil SP/GF-6A C50W-20 technical formula.PAO synthetic base oil,Ⅲtype deep hydrogenation base oil,Ⅴtype synthetic base oil polyester,PMA viscosity index improver,pour point depressant and compound agent,etc,were selected to mix the best proportion through experiments,and the product was prepared to meet the technical specifications of AECE-2016 C5 and API SP/ILSAC GF-6A,and simultaneously meet and surpasses GB 11121-2006 fully synthetic gasoline oils.It has the advantages of long-term wear resistance,energy saving and environmental protection,noise reduction and power improvement.
