摘要
目的:设计并实施化妆品中铅的测定能力验证项目,评价化妆品检验机构对铅的检测能力,促进各参加实验室检测水平提升。方法:对参加实验室的测定结果进行稳健统计分析,用稳健z比分数评价实验室铅的测定能力,并对离群数据进行技术分析。结果:在95%置信水平下,样品的均匀性满足要求,且在整个能力验证周期内保持稳定,满足能力验证计划的要求。参加验证的42家实验室中37家的结果为满意,满意率为88.1%。结论:大部分参加实验室具有较强的化妆品中铅的测定能力,少数实验室能力欠佳,需查找原因进行提高。
Objective:To design and organize the proficiency testing program (PTP) for determination of lead in cosmetics,evaluate the testing ability of cosmetic testing institutions on lead,and promote the testing capability of participating laboratories.Methods:Robust statistical analysis was conducted on the determination results of participating laboratories,and the laboratory’s ability to determine lead was evaluated by z score.Moreover,the outlier results were analyzed.Results:It turned out that,at 95% confidence level,the homogeneity of samples met the requirements,and the samples remained stable throughout the whole program period,meeting the requirements of the PTP.The results of 37 out of 42 laboratories were satisfactory,reaching a satisfaction rate of 88.1%.Conclusion:Most of the participating laboratories show satisfactory proficiency in determining lead in cosmetics,while a few laboratories show poor testing capabilities,and the underlying causes for the deficiency are to be explored.
