摘要
目的 探讨全程优质护理联合早期康复运动在脊柱骨折患者微创手术中的应用效果。方法 将我院收治的150例脊柱骨折患者按单双号顺序分为观察组(全程优质护理联合早期康复运动)与对照组(常规护理)。比较两组的心理状态评分、 VAS评分、 Barthel指数、术后恢复情况和生活质量评分。结果 干预后,观察组的SAS、 SDS、 VAS评分低于对照组, Barthel指数、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组卧床时间、基本自理时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 全程优质护理联合早期康复运动可减轻脊柱骨折患者的不良情绪,提高其日常生活活动能力,改善生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course high quality nursing combined with early rehabilitation exercise in minimally invasive surgery for patients with spinal fracture.Methods 150 patients with spinal fractures admitted to our hospital were divided into observation group(whole-course high quality nursing combined with early rehabilitation exercise)and control group(routine nursing)according to single and even numbers.The mental state score,VAS score,Barthel index,postoperative recovery and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the Barthel index and quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The bed rest time,basic self-care time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusios Whole-course high quality nursing combined with early rehabilitation exercise can reduce the negative emotions of patients with spinal fractures,and improve the ability of daily living and quality of life.
