摘要
随着信息网络快速发展,微信已被人们广泛应用。利用微信沟通交流、了解新闻动态、学习新知识已被多数老同志所接受。离退休干部居住相对分散,行动不便,而微信平台为加强离退休干部教育管理提供了可行性和便利性。同时也应看到,微信网络既有优势,也有劣势,老同志也具有自身特点。为了充分发挥微信平台的最佳效能,积极引导老同志为党和人民的事业增添正能量,首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院就“利用微信平台加强离退休干部教育管理”进行了问卷调查和数据分析,并结合医院离退休干部有关教育管理实践提出了几点思考,供大家借鉴参考。
With the rapid development of information networks,WeChat has been widely used by people.The use of WeChat to communicate,understand news trends,and learn new knowledge has been accepted by most veteran comrades.Retired cadres live relatively scattered and have limited mobility.The WeChat platform provides the feasibility and convenience for strengthening the education and management of retired cadres.At the same time,it should be noted that the WeChat network has both advantages and disadvantages.Old comrades have their own characteristics.In order to give full play to the best performance of the WeChat platform,actively guide them to add positive energy to the cause of the party and the people.Affiliated to Capital Medical University Beijing You’an Hospital conducted a questionnaire survey and data analysis on“using WeChat platform to strengthen the education and management of retired cadres”,and put forward some reflections on the education and management practices of retired cadres in the hospital for your reference.
