摘要
风痰一证,黄淑芬教授认为风痰系风与痰合邪为患,形成有痰壅、络阻、风动3个环节。经络瘀滞,尤其是络脉闭阻不通的病理变化,在本证中具有十分重要的意义,治疗当综合化痰、通络与搜风三法。常以局方青州白丸与牵正散二方合化组成风痰基础方,注重生南星、生白附子、生半夏的运用,经验独特,疗效满意,值得师法。
Professor Huang points out that the wind phlegm is combination of wind and sputum,which has three main links:phlegm obstrcution,couateral obstruction and wind movement.Meridian stagnation,especially obstruction of meridian plays an irreplaceable part in the pathological changs.The treatment should comprehensive phlegm-resolving,collateral-dredging and wind-dispeling three methods.As a consequence,Professor Huang often chooses Qingzhou Baiwan and Qianzheng powder as the basic prescription,which pays attention to the application of Ariseama Cum Bile,Rhizoma Typhonii andwhite and Pinellia Tuber.The unique perspective had achieved a good therapeutic effect and worth learning.
