摘要
沙产业是高效利用沙区光照等自然资源、推广合理节水用水技术的农业型知识密集产业。沙产业的发展对缓解日趋增大的资源压力、修复受损的生态环境和推进西部经济的快速发展等具有重要意义。通过对鄂尔多斯砒砂岩区相关沙产业企业进行调研,归纳总结企业在农业、加工业、生态旅游文化产业和高新技术产业方面的发展现状,发现制约沙产业发展的主要因素有:(1)原料抚育程度低、采摘技术设备落后;(2)资源利用率低、种类单一;(3)生产与销售脱节;(4)生态环境被破坏;(5)缺乏资金支持、龙头企业少。今后应加强原料管护,加大产品宣传力度,注重创新研发,适度开发利用,加大政府扶持力度。
Sand industry is an agricultural knowledge intensive industry that makes efficient use of natural resources such as light in sand areas and promoting reasonable water-saving technology.The development of sand industry plays an important role in alleviating the increasing pressure on resources,restoration of damaged ecological environment and promoting the rapid development of western economy.Through the investigation of relevant sand industry enterprises in arsenic sandstone area of Ordos and summarizing the development status of enterprises in agriculture,processing industry,eco-tourism cultural industry and high-tech industries,it is found that the main factors restricting the development of sand industry are that a)the raising degree of raw materials is low,and the picking technology and equipment are backward;b)low resource utilization and single type;c)disconnection between production and sales;d)the ecological environment is destroyed and;e)lack of financial support and few leading enterprises.In the future,it should strengthen the management and protection of raw materials,strengthen product publicity,focus on innovation,research and development,implement moderate development and utilization and increase government support.
