摘要
目的:评估S100A2表达与肺癌预后的关系。方法:我们在Embase、Cochrane图书馆、PubMed中进行文献检索,并对检索结果筛选进行Meta分析。结果:我们筛选出5项研究,总计纳入1013例患者。5项研究之间的异质性小(I^(2)=46.2%,P=0.114),采用Meta分析固定效应模式,结果显示:S100A2预测总体生存的危险比为1.42,95%可信区间为1.19~1.70。结论:S100A2是肺癌预后不良的预测因子。
Objective:To evaluate the association between S100A2 expression and lung cancer prognosis.Methods:Electronic search was performed in Embase via OVID,Cochrane Library and PubMed databases.Then records were retrieved for further reviewing.Results:5 studies with 1013 cases were included and the pooled hazard ratio for overall survival was 1.42(95%confidence interval:1.19~1.70)with insignificant heterogeneity(I^(2)=46.2%,P=0.114),which suggested that positive or high S100A2 expression indicated poorer overall survival in lung cancer.Conclusion:Positive or high S100A2 expression is a negative prognostic marker in lung cancer.
