摘要
晚唐时期,因入奏问题形成的灵州等西北边镇与沙州归义军使团之间的关系,成为西北地区重要的地方关系之一。一方面,归义军政权虽作为唐之藩镇,但因其孤悬塞外而具有较强的独立性,故西北边镇以唐对外关系的相关举措来应对沙州来使,如为沙州使团提供食宿、护卫等方面的支持,甚至设有娱乐活动招待使者。可以说,在较长时期内,双方保持着积极稳定的关系。另一方面,现实利益是影响双方关系发展的重要因素。自张议潮于咸通年间奉凉州来归后,唐中央与归义军之间围绕凉州经营引发的利益问题,最终促成了灵州、凉州对沙州使团态度的转变,并一度羁勒过往使团成员。但这种情况在双方关系史中,并不占主要地位。
The relationship between the Northwest border towns and the diplomatic corps of the Guiyi Jun was one of the important issues in the governance of the Northwest regions in the late Tang Dynasty.The Guiyi Jun was one of the military governing bodies in the Tang Dynasty and had a comparatively independent status because it was situated in the outlying regions of the Tang Dynasty.Therefore,the Northwest border town governors treated the diplomatic corps of the Guiyi Jun with the diplomatic rules of the Tang Dynasty such as the provision of food,accommodation,security and entertainment.These two parties had maintained a positive and stable relationship for a long period of time.However,interest matters in their relationships.There were disputes over the governance of Liang Zhou between the central government and the Guiyi Jun since Zhang Yichao conceded the return to the Tang Dynasty.This led to the change of attitudes of Ling Zhou and Liang Zhou and detained some members of the diplomatic corps of the Guiyi Jun.However,this was uncommon in the interactions of the Northwest border towns and the diplomatic corps of the Guiyi Jun.
