摘要
王玉玺教授治疗颜面播散性粟粒样狼疮方法独特,认为"痰""热""毒"为本病的基本致病因素,临床治疗常选用蜈蚣、全蝎、土鳖虫等虫类药;从皮疹发生部位、疹形特点、伴见症状等不同层次,常选用药对生石膏、知母,牡丹皮、地骨皮,黄芩、百部等;取其"形"比其"类"常选用钩藤、皂角刺等;临证不拘泥于皮疹表象,追本求因,常选用炮附子、干姜、肉桂三品入药。
Professor Wang Yuxi has a unique method in treating lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei(LMDF) by believing that "Phlegm","Heat" and "Toxin are the basic pathogenic factors of the disease, and insect medicines such as Wugong(Scolopendra),Quanxie(Scorpio) and Tubiechong(Eupolyphaga Seu Steleophaga) are commonly used clinically.From the different levels of rash location, rash shape characteristics, and accompanying symptoms, clinically commonly used drug pairs include Shengshigao(Gypsum Fibrosum),Zhimu(Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge),Mudanpi(Cortex Moutan Radicis),Digupi(Cortex Lycii),Huangqin(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi) and Baibu(Stemonae Radix),etc.Following the theory of taking the "shape" to decide the "kind",clinically Gouteng(Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis) and Zaojiaoci(Spina Gleditsiae),etc.are commonly used.The clinical diagnosis is not limited to the appearance of the rash, the root cause is also sought, and the three drugs of Fuzi(Aconite),Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis) and Rougui(Cinnamomum cassia Presl) are often used in medication.
