摘要
一种土木工程用建筑保温墙板存在连接不便和固定方式单一等问题。为解决以上问题,提出了新的设计方案,设计了保温装置、连接机构和固定装置,通过转动上盖固定螺栓,令其脱离螺纹孔,把上盖取下,将保温材料装在保温腔内,再转动上盖固定螺栓,使其穿过上盖,与螺纹孔通过螺纹连接,把上盖固定连接在上盖卡槽内,在粘贴板的下表面涂抹胶水,把本装置粘贴在墙体上,利用胶水把保温板覆盖的墙体密封,将多个保温装置固定在墙体上,使相邻的保温装置连接在一起,获得了良好的应用效果。
There are some problems of insulation wall board for civil engineering construction,such as inconvenient connection and simple fixation method.To solve the problems above,new design schedule is proposed.Insulation device,connection mechanism and fixed device are designed.Through turning the cover,bolt can be fixed to make it break away from threaded hole.After taking down the cover,insulation material should be put into insulation preservation.After turning on the cover,the bolt can be fixed to make it go through the cover and connect it with screw through threaded hole.The cover in the cover slot should be fixed,the glue under the paste board be smeared,the device on the wall be pasted,the insulation covered wall through glue be sealed,various insulation device on the wall be fixed,and the neighboring insulated device connected.In this way,good application effect can be gained.
