摘要
目的探讨嗓音声学分析在声带息肉手术疗效评估中的应用情况。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月于宿迁市第一人民医院收治的行嗓音显微外科手术的40例声带息肉患者为研究组,以同一时期20例嗓音正常社会成年人作为对照组。利用Divas计算机嗓音分析软件进行嗓音分析,选取基频(F0)、基频微扰(Jitter)、振幅微扰(Shimmer)3个参数,对测得的参数进行定量评估以判断嗓音恢复情况。结果术后2周、术后1月Jitter及Shimmer值均小于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全组病例术前Jitter及Shimmer值均大于对照组,差异有极显著性统计学意义(P<0.01);术后1、2周Jitter及Shimmer值均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1月Jitter、Shimmer较对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论声带息肉患者的嗓音参数与正常嗓音者明显不同,两者相比具有显著性差异。嗓音外科术后,每个阶段患者嗓音质量的恢复程度是不同的。Jitter、Shimmer可以用作评估声带息肉手术疗效的敏感指标,可以动态评估声带息肉手术治疗效果及嗓音功能恢复改善情况。
Objective To investigate the application of voice acoustic analysis in the evaluation of the efficacy of vocal cord polyp surgery.Methods A total lof 40 patients with vocal cord polyps who underwent voice microsurgery admitted to Suqian First People's Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study group,and 20 social adults with normal voices in the same period were selected as the control group.The voice analysis was performed using Divas computerized voice analysis software,and three parameters including fundamental frequency(F0),Jitter and Shimmer were selected for further analysis.The measured parameters were quantitatively evaluated to determine the voice recovery condition.Results At 2 weeks and 1 month after surgery,the Jitter and Shimmer values were lower than those before surgery,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before surgery,the Jitter and Shimmer values of all the patients were higher than those of the normal participants in the control group,with extremely significant differences(P<0.01).At 1 week and 2 weeks after surgery,the Jitter and Shimmer values of all the patients were higher than those of the normal participants in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the Jitter and Shimmer values at 1 month after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion The voice parameters of patients with vocal cord polyps were significantly different from those with normal voices,and there is significant difference between them.After voice surgery,it can be seen that patients with different voice quality recovery at different stages.The Jitter and Shimmer values can be taken as sensitive indexes to evaluate the efficacy of vocal cord polyp surgery and can be used to dynamically evaluate the efficacy of vocal cord polyp surgery and the improvement of voice function recovery.
