摘要
提出有效降低永磁同步电动机在空载运行时噪声的措施,对于永磁同步电动机更广泛的使用是至关重要的。通过实验、解析和数值法,从机械噪声源、空气动力噪声源和电磁噪声源三个方面,分析了经实验获得的永磁同步电动机在空载、4 kHz开关频率且2000 r/min额定转速下声压级频谱的峰值产生原因。并提出了采用两端止口一刀切、不带风机以及增加机壳硬度的措施来降低永磁同步电动机的噪声。实验结果表明:不带风机使永磁同步电动机在空载、4 kHz开关频率且2000 r/min额定转速下噪声值降低3.9 dB(A)。为低噪声永磁同步电动机的设计提供了参考。
Effective measures are proposed to reduce the noise of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)in no-load operation,which are very important for PMSM to be more widely used.The producing causes on the peaks of sound pressure level spectrum of PMSM under no load,4 kHz switching frequency and 2000 r/min rated speed obtained by experiments are analyzed from three aspects of mechanical noise source,aerodynamic noise source and electromagnetic noise source through experimental,analytical and numerical methods.In addition,the measures of single cutting of two end rabbets,without fan and increasing the casing hardness are suggested to reduce the noise of PMSM.The experimental results show that without fan can make the noise of PMSM be reduced by 3.9 dB(A)under no load,4 kHz switching frequency and 2000 r/min rated speed.The study provides references for the design of PMSM with low noise.
