摘要
科研工程设计工作中通常会采用"扬长避短"的思路,把"有利条件"摆在突出位置,而容易忽视或弱化"不利条件"。以"避短扬长"的科学研究思路为出发点,强调在科研工程设计中,突出"不利条件"的分析,优先考虑避开短期内无法解决的客观条件限制,首先"避短",然后再"扬长"。最后通过许其凤院士科研生涯中的四个典型科研工程,验证"避短扬长"科研思路的学术价值。
The method of“developing favorable conditions and avoiding adverse conditions”is usually accepted in our scientific research and engineering design.“Favorable conditions”are often put in a prominent position first.“Adverse conditions”are often easy to be ignored or weakened.This paper takes the scientific method of“avoiding adverse conditions and developing favorable conditions”as the starting point.The analysis of“adverse conditions”is emphasized in this method.We should give priority to avoiding adverse conditions that cannot be solved in the short term.First“avoiding adverse conditions”and then“developing favorable conditions”.Finally,this idea is verified by four typical scientific research projects in academician Xu Qifeng’s scientific research career.
