HPLC-MS/MS检测茶叶中草甘膦及其代谢物氨甲基膦酸和草铵膦残留

摘要 探讨一种超高效液相-串联质谱法测定茶叶中草甘膦及其代谢物氨甲基膦酸和草铵膦残留的测定方法。样品经碱性溶液提取,PSA净化后与9-芴基甲基三氯甲烷衍生后经质谱检测。在1~80 ng/mL,草铵膦、草甘膦和氨甲基膦酸均有良好的线性关系;方法检出限为0.01 mg/kg;添加浓度为0.01~0.60 mg/kg时,平均回收率为81.8%~107.2%;相对标准偏差为1.03%~2.36%。该方法样品前处理简单,回收率和精密度等符合农药多残留检测技术的要求,适用于其他果蔬中草铵膦、草甘膦和氨甲基膦酸残留的同时检测。
