摘要 农药残留是应用农药后,残留于生物体、农产品中的微量农药原体,会对人类健康构成严重威胁。随着农产品种类逐步趋于多元化,部分商家考量自身经济利益,忽视农产品农药残留问题,对人们身体健康构成严重威胁。利用食品安全检测技术检测农产品农药残留,可保证各类产品质量达标,保障人们的健康。 Pesticide residues are trace pesticide pathogens remaining in living organisms and agricultural products after pesticide application,which will pose a serious threat to human health.As the types of agricultural products gradually diversified,some businesses consider their own economic interests and ignore the problem of pesticide residues in agricultural products,which poses a serious threat to people’s health.Using food safety testing technology to detect pesticide residues in agricultural products can ensure that the quality of various products meet the standards and ensure people’s health.
