摘要
以定性分析为方法,以某公路PPP项目为实例,通过分析公路PPP项目的资金主要构成,详细分解了各种费用组成,分析结果表明:PPP项目可实现资源的优化配置,从而达到公路工程全寿命周期项目利润的最大化与成本的最小化的目的。
Based on the qualitative analysis method,taking a highway PPP project as an example,through the analysis of the main compositions of the funds of highway PPP project detailed breakdown of the various fees,the analysis results show that the PPP project can achieve the optimal allocation of resources,so as to maximize the profit of highway project whole life cycle and cost minimization of purpose.
