摘要
目前,幼儿教师队伍建设存在教师队伍培养体系不合理、教师队伍专业水平差异较大、教师队伍不稳定、职后培训效能差、保障体系不健全等亟待解决的问题。为解决这些问题,提出整合幼儿教师培养资源,扩大学前教育师资培养规模,提升培养培训质量,加快教师专业化发展步伐,加大政府投入,完善幼儿园教师队伍保障机制等策略。以期切实提升学前教育质量,助推学前教育事业进一步健康发展。
At present,there are some problems in the construction of preschool teachers,such as unreasonable training system,great difference in professional level of teachers,unstable teaching faculty,poor post-service training efficiency and imperfect security system.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward some strategies such as integrating preschool teacher training resources,expanding the scale of preschool teacher training,improving the quality of training,accelerating the pace of professional development of teachers,increasing government input,and improving the guarantee mechanism of kindergarten teachers.This helps to improve the quality of preschool education,and boost the healthy development of preschool education.
