摘要
当患者合并终末期肝病和终末期肺病且预估单器官移植无法存活时,肝肺联合移植(CLLT)是目前唯一可行的治疗方法。由于手术难度较高及供器官短缺,世界范围内仅少数移植中心报道过相关案例。本文回顾当前CLLT的相关文献,综述其适应证、术式选择、并发症及预后等。
The combined liver-lung transplantation(CLLT)is performed in patients with dual-organ failure in whom survival is not expected with single-organ transplantation alone.Due to the difficulty of the operation and the scarcity of donated organs,only a few transplant centers worldwide have reported relevant cases.This review evaluates the existing literature regarding CLLT,describing the indication,operation choosing,complications,and prognosis.
