摘要
实现碳达峰及碳中和,是当今中国应对气候变化的重要目标,对ICT行业而言,既是机遇也是挑战。如何采用绿色低碳的技术实现建设、运行和维护的全生命周期“零碳”,是运营商需要面对的重要问题。本文研究了当前ICT网络的碳排放情况及5G部署带来的碳排放量的变化,提出了“零碳”网络及“零碳”数据中心构建的技术路线及相应的技术手段,从而助力通信行业碳达峰的提前实现。
Achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality is an important goal for China in climate change problem.For the ICT industry,it is both an opportunity and a challenge.How to use green and low-carbon technologies to realize the life-cycle"zero-carbon"for construction,operation,and maintenance is an important issue for the operator.In this paper,the current carbon emissions of ICT networks and the changes in carbon emissions brought by 5G deployment are studied,and the technical routes and corresponding technical means for the"zero carbon"network and"zero carbon"data center are proposed,which can help the communications industry achieve carbon peak in advance.
