孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果

摘要 目的分析孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的效果。方法选取我院接收的CVA患儿83例,参照治疗方案将其分为对照组41例和观察组42例。对照组接受硫酸沙丁胺醇吸入气雾剂治疗,观察组基于对照组加用孟鲁司特钠。比较两组临床疗效、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、哮喘持续时间以及治疗前后肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC)]、炎症因子水平[嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)]。结果观察组总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组肺部哮鸣音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、哮喘持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FVC比治疗前高,且观察组比对照组高(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-10、ECP比治疗前低,且观察组比对照组低(均P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠辅助治疗CVA患儿效果确切,能改善临床症状,抑制炎症反应,调节肺功能。 Objective To analyze the effect of sodium on cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods 83 CVA children received from our hospital were selected and divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(42 cases)according to the treatment protocol.Controls were treated with salbutamol sulfate inhalation aerosol,and the groups were observed based on control groups supplemented with sodium monumlucast.The two groups compared clinical efficacy,lung wheezing loss,cough disappearance,duration of asthma and lung function before and after treatment(forced spirome(FVC),1 s forced breath volume(FEV1),FEV1/FVC)),inflammatory factor levels[eosinophil cation protein(ECP)and interleukin-10(IL-10)].Results The observed group was overall more efficient than the control group(P<0.05).The lung wheezing disappearance,cough disappearance and duration of asthma were shorter than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups had higher FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FVC than before treatment and the observed group than controls(both P<0.05).After treatment,both groups had lower IL-10,ECP than before treatment and observed lower than controls(both P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of sodium therapy in children with CVA can improve clinical symptoms,inhibit inflammatory response and regulate lung function.
