摘要
以成都地铁19号线工程为例,研究盾构机吊出时龙门吊荷载对车站主体结构受力变形的影响规律,采用Abaqus有限元软件进行无加固条件以及三种加固方案共四种工况的数值模拟计算,通过对车站主体结构的受力变形情况对比分析,发现三种加固方案均可有效的降低龙门吊荷载对车站主体结构变形受力影响。
This article is based on Chengdu Metro Line 19 project as an example to study the influence of the gantry crane load on the main structure of the station when the shield machine is hoisted.Abaqus finite element software is used to carry out numerical simulation calculations for four working conditions without reinforcement conditions and three reinforcement schemes.Through the comparative analysis of the stress and deformation of the main structure of the station,it is found that the three reinforcement schemes can effectively reduce the influence of the gantry crane load on the deformation of the main structure of the station.
