刮板输送机智能变频驱动方案研究

摘要 针对综采工作面刮板输送机传统控制方案存在的调速困难、空载/轻载率高、电能浪费严重的问题,设计了一种基于变频控制技术的刮板输送机智能调速方案。该方案以EPEC 3606为核心CPU,以CANopen通信模式由两个变频器分别控制机头、机尾电动机,实现刮板输送机运行速度的自适应调节。经实践应用表明,该智能变频驱动方案能够降低空载/轻载率、实现在线实时调速,并达到节约电能的目的。 Aiming at the problems of difficult speed regulation,high no-load/light-load rate and serious waste of electric energy in the traditional control scheme of scraper conveyor at the comprehensive mining working face,an intelligent speed regulation scheme of scraper conveyor based on frequency conversion control technology is designed.The solution uses EPEC 3606 as the core CPU,and two inverters control the head and tail motors respectively in CANopen communication mode to realize the adaptive adjustment of the scraper conveyor running speed.The practical application shows that the intelligent inverter drive solution can reduce the no-load/light-load rate,realize online real-time speed regulation,and achieve the purpose of power saving.
