摘要
DSJ-1000型带式输送机具备高效低耗、耐用抗干扰强的热点,其长期使用中,由于投产年限较长,在构造设计方面较为落后,不利于煤炭的安全运输,因此,麦捷矿针对装减速机高速轴磨损套、机头快捷传动装置和胶带防飘带跑偏装置进行了设计优化,对该型号输送机的长期服役有了进一层的保障。
DSJ-1000 type belt conveyor has the hot spots of high efficiency and low consumption,durable and strong anti-disturbance,but in long-term use,due to the long years of operation,it is backward in construction design,which is not conducive to the safe transportation of coal,therefore,the design optimization of DSJ-1000 belt conveyor is carried out for the installation of reducer high speed shaft wear sleeve,head quick transmission device and tape Therefore,the design optimization of the reducer high speed shaft wear sleeve,head quick drive and belt runout prevention device was carried out to ensure the long-term service of this type of conveyor.
