摘要 螺旋断层放射治疗技术是近年来逐渐发展起来的一种调强适形放疗技术,目前已经初步应用于口咽癌、鼻咽癌等多种头颈部肿瘤治疗中。与传统的调强放疗比,螺旋断层放射治疗技术具有剂量更准确、分布更均匀、更好保护重要器官以及降低放疗后不良反应发生率等优点。该文就国内外螺旋断层放射治疗技术在头颈部肿瘤中的应用予以综述。 Tomography is an intensity-modulated conformal radiotherapy technology,which has gradually developed in recent years.At present,this technology has been initially applied in the treatment of various head and neck tumors such as oropharyngeal cancer and nasopharyngeal cancer.Compared with traditional intensity-modulated radiotherapy,tomography has the advantages of more accurate dose,more uniform distribution,better protection of vital organs,and lower incidence of adverse reactions after radiotherapy.This article reviews the clinical application of spiraltomotherapy in head and neck cancer.
