摘要
竣工测量是城市规划管理、智慧辅助决策的基础工作,随着智慧城市建设步伐的加快,通过传统全野外数字采集方法获取的二维竣工数据已难以满足新时代发展对基础数据三维化的新要求。以竣工项目为例,通过倾斜摄影测量、三维激光扫描技术与传统全野外数字采集方法的对比,在精度、效率指标等方面探讨新兴测量方法在竣工测量工作中的可行性和适用性,旨在为传统二维全野外数字采集技术向二、三维数据采集技术的融合提供参考。
Completion survey is the base work of urban planning management and intelligent assistant decision-making.With the quickening pace of smart city construction,the two-dimensional completion data obtained by the traditional all-field digital acquisition method can not meet the new requirements for the three-dimensional basic data in the new era.Taking the completetion survey project as an example,this paper comparedthe tiltphotogrammetry,three-dimensional laser scanning technology and the traditional all-field digital acquisition method,and discussed the feasibility and applicability of the new measurement methods in the field survey,aiming to provide a reference for the fusion of the traditional two-dimensional all-field data acquisition technology to the other two-dimensional and three-dimensional data acquisition technology.
