摘要
针对平面移动式立体车库存取车效率低的问题,利用遗传算法对原地待命策略进行了存取车调度优化。建立了以总存取车时间为目标函数的数学模型,采用整数编码对存取车序列进行优化,通过仿真对比不同任务情况下对存取车时间的优化结果。结果表明,与优化前的随机存取策略相比,存取车总时间缩短了33%以上。最后进行了5个随机任务的调度实验,存取车总时间缩短了15.68%。验证了基于该算法优化后的立体车库调度策略对提升存取车效率的有效性,为该类型的车库调度设计提供理论支持和借鉴。
To improve the low efficiency of the planar mobile stereo garage,the genetic algorithm was used to optimize the situ standby strategy.With the total access time as the objective function,the access sequence of garage was optimized by using the integer coding.The optimization results of access time under different tasks were compared through simulation experiments.Simulation results show that the total access time is reduced by more than 33%,compared with the random-access strategy.The scheduling experiment of five random tasks was presented,and the total access time is also reduced 15.68%.The effectiveness of the stereo garage scheduling strategy based on the algorithm is verified to improve the efficiency of access vehicle,which provides theoretical support and reference for this type of garage scheduling design.
