自动授料装置在铜精矿输送系统中的应用

摘要 贵冶备料车间共有10个物料授料斗,一系统6个,二系统4个,据统计,车间全年共向下道工序输送铜精矿原料及石英砂等辅料共计200多万吨,授料斗作为皮带输送系统第一道关口,授料是否稳定直接影响输送效率,对预干燥生产输送效率、能源管控及各项工艺指标参数等影响尤其重要。结合车间对一系统授料斗进行自主项目攻关实践,在输送源头精准施策,从而稳定授料,进一步提高授料斗授料效率,为生产顺行保驾护航。 There are 10 material feeding hoppers in the material preparation workshop of Guixi Smelter,including 6 in one system and 4 in the second system.According to statistics,the workshop transported more than 2 million tons of copper concentrate raw materials and other auxiliary materials such as quartz sand to the next process throughout the whole year.As the first pass of belt conveying system,whether the feeding is stable or not directly affects the conveying efficiency,and is particularly important for the pre-drying production conveying efficiency,energy management and control,and various process index parameters.Combining with the practice of independent project of the first system feeding hopper in the workshop,precise measures are taken at the source of conveying,so as to stabilize feeding,further improve the efficiency of feeding hopper,and escort the smooth production.
