摘要
研究了Nb对低碳合金铸钢性能的影响,并研究了Nb微合金化低碳合金钢的滑动磨损机理。当Nb含量达到0.06%左右时,材料抗拉强度达到1545MPa,有良好的力学性能和耐磨性能。载荷250~500N时,磨损机理主要是磨粒磨损;载荷增加到800N时,表现为粘着磨损。
The influence of Nb on the properties of low-carbon alloy cast steel and the sliding wear mechanism of Nb micro-alloyed low-carbon alloy steel have been studied.When the Nb content reaches about 0.06%,the tensile strength of the material reaches 1545 MPa,which has good mechanical properties and wear resistance.When the load is 250~500 N,the wear mechanism is mainly abrasive wear;when the load is increased to 800 N,it appears as adhesive wear.
