摘要
当前,我国处于市场经济转型发展的关键时期,建筑市场的发展,使得土木工程的数量和规模不断增长,对于工程的管理工作提出了更加严格的要求。做好土木工程造价管理和控制工作,能够在确保土木工程建设顺利实施的基础上,合理降低成本,提高经济效益。论文对土木工程造价管理和控制的重要性进行了分析,结合造价管理和控制的要点,就如何提高土木工程造价管理和控制提出了几点有效措施,以供参考。
At present,China is in a critical period of market economy transformation and development.The development of the construction market has caused the number and scale of civil engineering to continue to increase,and more stringent requirements are put forward for engineering management.Doing a good job of civil engineering cost management and control can reasonably reduce costs and increase economic benefits on the basis of ensuring the smooth implementation of civil engineering construction.This article analyzes the importance of civil engineering cost management and control,combining the key points of cost management and control,and puts forward several effective measures on how to improve civil engineering cost management and control,for reference.
