摘要
土压平衡盾构机在富水砂层掘进时易出现喷涌现象,造成地面沉降、坍塌等环境风险,当其在河底穿越长距离类似地层时,风险大幅增加。论文依托福州地铁4号线某盾构工程,从设备管理、渣土改良、掘进及注浆、应等方面进行研究,并采取针对性措施使工程顺利实施,为类似工程提供借鉴。
The earth pressure balance shield machine is prone to gushing phenomenon when tunneling in water-rich sand layer, resulting in environmental risks such as ground settlement and collapse. The risk increases dramatically when it passes through similar long-distance formations at the bottom of the river. Based on a shield tunneling project of Fuzhou Metro Line 4, this paper studies from the aspects of equipment management, slag improvement, tunneling and grouting, etc., and takes targeted measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, providing reference for similar projects.
