为确保量传溯源的准确可靠,需实现对强制检定器具生产、流通、量传、报废全生命周期的精准管理。强检器具统一编码是精准量传溯源的基础,需实现器具统一编码的标准化。依托强制检定工作计量器具业务管理系统统一管理和发放器具统一编码,采用多种赋码模式,通过各计量行政管理部门、计量行业协会、计量技术机构、器具生产企业、器具使用单位等为器具统一赋码,保证了在全国范围内器具统一编码的唯一性和有效性。
In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the metrological transmission and traceability,it is necessary to realize the precise management of the entire life cycle including production,circulation,dissemination of quantity value and scrapping of mandatory periodic verification measuring instruments.The uniform code of mandatory periodic verification measuring instruments is the basis of accurate quantity transmission and traceability,and the standardization of the unified coding of equipment needs to be realized.Relying on the management system for mandatory periodic verification measuring instruments business,and the unified management and distribution of uniform code for instrument,metrological administrative regulation departments,metrological associations,metrological verification agencies,measuring instruments manufacturers and users,etc.give measuring instruments unified codes through multiple coding modes.And it ensures the uniqueness and effectiveness of the uniform code nationwide.
