台州软土地层盾构下穿管线沉降控制技术初探 被引量:2

摘要 盾构掘进过程中上方管线沉降控制一直是盾构隧道施工的难点和风险点。本文依托台州市首条城轨铁路S1线项目某盾构区间工程,对软土地层盾构掘进过程中DN2000水管沉降技术措施进行分析讨论,监测数据证实技术措施得当,较好地保护了上部管线,为台州地区盾构施工积累了一定的经验,可为相似地层条件下市政管线沉降控制提供相应的借鉴。 The settlement controlling of pipeline settlement is considered as the difficult or risk point for tunnel engineering. Based on a shield tunnel in the first urban railway line S1 in Taizhou, this paper analyzes the technical measures to reduce the settlement of DN2000 pipeline in the shield driving of soft ground. The monitoring data results show that the technical measures have worked well and protected the pipeline, and accumulated certain experience in the shield construction in Taizhou, which provide helpful reference for the similar situations.
