摘要
本文以2019年3月29日山西省沁源县王陶村突发森林火灾为例,从事件火灾发生背景、林火扑救过程、气象应急保障、事件处置管理、起火原因调查等方面进行了分析,从多个角度总结了本次突发事件应急处置中气象与森林消防等多部门联合作战及带来的启示,为研究复杂困难局面下的森林火灾应急处置工作提供了依据。
Taking the forest fire emergency in Wangtao Village,Qinyuan County,Shanxi Province on March 29,2019 as an example,the background of the fire,forest fire fighting process,meteorological emergency support,event management,fire cause investigation and other aspects were analyzed in this paper.The multi-sectoral joint operations of the meteorology and forest firefighting in this emergency disposal and the enlightenment were summarized from multiple angles.That provided a basis for the study of the emergency disposal for forest fire in complex and difficult situation.
