摘要
以云南省三所高校汉语国际教育专业的硕士论文盲审结果的公平性和有效性为研究对象,分析了该专业论文盲审结果无效性的具体情况及原因,指出汉语国际教育专业具有跨学科性,不少论文盲评专家的专业不对口,加之论文评分标准过于宏观、专家的学术修养和评审态度差异大等原因都导致论文盲审结果的信度和效度不高。文章在定量和定性分析的基础上,提出了完善汉语国际教育专业论文盲审制度的具体建议。
This paper analyzes the fairness and validity of the results of the blind peer review of the Master's thesis of MTCSOL(Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages)in three universities in Yunnan province and the specific cases and causes for the invalidity of such blind peer reviews.It concludes that the main causes for the invalidity are as follows:MTCSOL is cross-disciplinary,while quite a few experts at different academic levels and with different attitudes are not qualified in this field plus the macro-assessment standards.On the basis of both quantitative and qualitative analysis,this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on perfecting the blind peer review system of MTCSOL.
