摘要
目的探讨子午流注择时灸法对脾胃气虚型慢性胃炎失眠患者证候及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2021年1月在四川省中医院消化内科就诊的86例符合标准的脾胃气虚型慢性胃炎失眠患者,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各43例。对照组采用常规治疗和艾灸;试验组结合子午流注于7∶00~9∶00艾灸。比较干预前后两组脾胃气虚征候积分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)。结果干预后试验组胃脘疼痛、胀满、纳呆少食等症状评分及睡眠时间、质量、日间功能障碍和PSQI总分方面评分均低于对照组,试验组脾胃气虚证候疗效总有效率92.5%高于对照组84.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子午流注择时灸法可有效改善脾胃气虚型慢性胃炎失眠患者的证候及睡眠质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of meridional flow injection timed moxibustion on syndrome and sleep of insomnia patients with chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency.Methods Eighty-six patients with insomnia and chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency in Sichuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to January 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group according a random number table.,43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention.The experimental group received moxibustion from 7 to 9 a.m.Spleen and stomach Qi deficiency syndrome score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of symptoms such as epigastric pain,distension,appetite and lack of food,sleep time,sleep quality,daytime dysfunction and PSQI total score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5%that was higher than 84.6%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion with meridian is more effective in improving the syndrome and sleep quality of insomnia patients with chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency.
