摘要
紧固件保险用以防止飞机在高振动环境下发生紧固件松脱现象,主要通过航空保险丝将两个紧固件向其拧紧的方向拽拉以防止紧固件松动。保险丝拽拉的松紧程度直接影响到紧固件保险的质量,保险丝拽拉过紧,高振动模式下保险丝容易断裂;保险丝拽拉过松又容易松脱,起不到紧固件保险的效果。分析技术要求,提出一种飞机紧固件保险施工质量检测装置,可准确检测紧固件保险丝松紧度,并结合松紧度的要求判断保险丝的施工质量。
Lockwire,which pulls two fasteners in the direction of their tightening,is used to prevent aircraft fasteners from vibrating loose and falling off.The tightness of the pull has a direct effect on fastener safety.The lockwire is prone to fracture under the condition of violent vibration if the pull is too tight while it is likely to come loose and fall off if the pull is too loose,which fails in fastener safety.By analyzing technical requirements,this paper presents a quality detection device for the lockwire of aircraft fasteners.It can accurately detect the tightness of the lockwire,and determine the construction quality of the lockwire based on the requirements of tightness.
