教学改革视域下的“三全育人”协同机制探析--以地方普通高校会计学专业为例 被引量:1

On the Synergetic Mechanism of“Three-all Education”in the Context of Teaching Reform:A Case Study of Accounting Major in Provincial Universities

摘要 面对新时代高等教育内涵式发展的客观要求,以课堂教学改革为牵引优化构建全员全过程全方位育人(“三全育人”)体系和协同机制,成为地方普通高校的重要抓手。文章以地方普通高校会计学专业为例,通过教学实验和案例研究分析了高校教育综合改革和“三全育人”体系构建过程中存在的思想政治教育、专业知识教育和职业素养教育相互脱节,教学主体之间利益冲突下教学文化生态异化等问题,在此基础上提出了以课堂教学改革为牵引深入推进教育综合改革及立体化协同育人体系建设的思路,以及学风治理与价值引领的横纵联动机制、教学质量评价与评价结果应用的互促共进机制、课程思政教育与专业知识教育和职业素养培养的融合贯通机制等具体建设路径。 In the development of higher education in the new era,the construction of an all-round educational system and coordination mechanism with class teaching reform as a traction has become an important guidance for provincial universities.Taking the accounting major of provincial universities as an example,this paper demonstrates the difficulties in the comprehensive reform of higher education and the construction of“three-all education”system,such as the disconnection between ideological education,specialized knowledge teaching and professional cultivation,and the dissimilation of teaching ecology caused by the conflicted interests between teaching subjects.It suggests a principle of comprehensive reform of education and construction of a three-dimensional cooperative education system pioneered by class teaching reform,and proposes an all-around linkage mechanism between the governance of learning spirit and the guidance of ideological value,the mutual promotion mechanism of teaching evaluation and application of evaluation results,and the integration mechanism of ideological education,specialized knowledge teaching and professional cultivation.
