经皮后路伤椎椎体内植入硫酸钙、单侧伤椎置钉结合短节段椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析经皮后路伤椎椎体内植入硫酸钙+单侧伤椎置钉+短节段椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法:选取本院2018年8月—2020年8月住院治疗的60例胸腰椎骨折患者,根据随机数字表法分组,参照组30例患者予以传统开放手术治疗,治疗组30例患者予以经皮后路伤椎椎体内植入硫酸钙+单侧伤椎置钉+短节段椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,比较两组Cobb角、椎体前缘高度、ODI评分、VAS评分、并发症发生率。结果:术后1个月治疗组Cobb角、VAS评分、ODI评分及并发症发生率均低于参照组,椎体前缘高度高于参照组,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮后路伤椎椎体内植入硫酸钙+单侧伤椎置钉+短节段椎弓根螺钉内固定可有效恢复胸腰椎骨折患者椎体前缘高度,减轻疼痛感及功能障碍,降低并发症发生率。
