摘要
转子中心体两端面分布有数量众多且有一定位置关系的小孔,若采用常规的数控机床开点位方式加工,效率较低且容易造成加工失误。本文介绍一种利用非数控设备配合设计专用钻模的加工方法,在提高效率,保证孔位置正确性的同时,又减少了对数控机床的占用时间,进一步降低了加工成本。
Regarding to numerous small holes with position relationship distributing on the opposite end faces of rotor center part,conventional point position drilled by numerical control(NC)machine easily resulted in machining mistake with low-efficiency.A new machining manner of general machine matching with special jig has been described,which improved working efficiency and guaranteed hole position accuracy,meanwhile reduced NC machine operation and processing costs.
