摘要
针对“华龙一号”主泵泵壳超大异形结构的特点,制定了仿形锻造成形工艺方案,运用Forge软件对拔正八方过程进行数值模拟,优化了成形工艺参数,在实现多向变形的同时也得到了较好的正八方外形,泵壳锻件的试制成功证明了该工艺可行。
According to the characteristics of the extra-large special-shaped structure of the main pump shell of“HPR1000”,a profiling forging process plan has been developed,and the Forge software has been used to numerically simulate the regular octagon drawing process,and the forming process parameters have been optimized to achieve multi-directional deformation and good regular octagon,and the successful trial production of pump shell forgings proves the feasibility of this process.
