摘要
【目的】探讨早期康复治疗对儿童脑外伤的运动功能恢复的影响。【方法】本院收治的49例肢体功能障碍的脑外伤患儿,根据是否给予早期康复治疗将其分为对照组(予以常规康复训练,n=22)和观察组(予以早期康复治疗和常规康复训练,n=27)。比较两组患儿康复治疗1个月、3个月运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分,同时比较两组患儿康复治疗过程并发症发生率。【结果】康复治疗1个月后,两组患儿运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);康复治疗3个月后,两组患儿运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分均显著高于康复治疗1个月,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿康复治疗过程中并发症发生率为11.1%(3/27),显著低于对照组的34.8%(8/22),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.056,P=0.047<0.05)。【结论】早期康复治疗能明显改善脑外伤患儿的运动功能和日常生活能力,同时也能减少并发症的发生。
【Objective】To explore the effect of early rehabilitation on the recovery of motor function in children with brain injury.【Methods】A Total of 49 children with traumatic brain injury with limb dysfunction were treated in our hospital,They were divided into control group(routine rehabilitation training,n=22)and observation group according to whether they were given early rehabilitation treatment(early rehabilitation treatment and routine rehabilitation training,n=27).The motor function scores and activities of daily living scores of children in the two groups were compared at 1 and 3 months of rehabilitation treatment,and the incidence of complications in the process of rehabilitation treatment was compared between the two groups.【Results】After 1 month of rehabilitation treatment,there was no significant difference in motor function scores and activities of daily living scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 months of rehabilitation treatment,the scores of motor function and activities of daily living of children in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the rehabilitation treatment for 1 month,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the rehabilitation treatment of children in the observation group was 11.1%(3/27),significantly lower than 34.8%(8/22)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.056,P=0.047<0.05).【Conclusion】Early rehabilitation treatment can significantly improve motor function and activities of daily living in children with brain injury,and reduce the incidence of complications.
