摘要
统计中国知网发布的2019年《中国学术期刊影响因子年报》(自然科学与工程技术)中材料科学26种期刊优先出版的整体情况,横向对比掌握国内外数据库平台期刊优先出版的特征,通过学科内纵向对比分析了优先出版与期刊影响力指数的关联机制。数据分析显示材料科学期刊中实行优先出版的期刊比例为58%。英文期刊优先出版的文献比例、出版效率显著高于中文期刊,且前者优先出版的文献全部标注了可解析的数字对象唯一标识符(Digital Object Unique Identifier,DOI)。学科内实行优先出版的14种期刊的影响因子(Impact Factor,IF)都呈现逐年上升的态势;优先出版对于文献下载频次的贡献具有显著效应;影响力高的期刊更注重优先出版。因而国内科技期刊必须强化优先出版意识。
A total of 26 material sciences journals in the 2019 Annual Report for Chinese Academic Journal Impact Factors published by CNKI were quantitative studied.The characteristics of on-line first material sciences journals on database platforms at home and abroad were studied through horizontal comparison.The correlation mechanism between on-line first and influence index was analyzed through vertical comparison within the discipline.The proportion of on-line first of material sciences journals is 58%.The horizontal comparison shows that the proportion and efficiency of on-line first in English journals are significantly higher than those in Chinese journals,and each of the on-line first papers in English journals are marked with a Digital Object Unique Identifier(DOI)which is resolved.The longitudinal comparison results show that the impact factors of the 14 on-line first journals have shown an upward trend in the last three years.The contribution of on-line first to the frequency of download has a significant effect.Scientific journals in material sciences with high IFs pay more attention to on-line first.The on-line first of domestic material sciences journals needs to be further promoted.
