摘要
文章设计了一种用于空间智能化立体车库升降送取两轮车和汽车的装置,该装置具有电力驱动和自驱动两种驱动模式,可自由升降送取两轮车和汽车。在车库正常供电时,可选择任一驱动模式驱动车库升降平台升降;在停电时可选择自驱动模式,升降平台由汽车发动机提供动力,经升降平台的自驱动装置驱动车库升降平台升降。通过实物验证,该装置结构安全可靠,有效提高了整套设备的自动化水平和工作效率。将其用于立体车库,可解决停电或出现电力故障时车库升降平台不能正常工作的难题,同时缓解因车位紧张而造成的一些社会问题。
A two-wheeled vehicle and automobile device with self-driving function of lifting,descending,delivery and collection is designed and used for three dimensional garage of spatial intelligence.It has two driving modes of electric drive and self drive.It can freely lift,descend and take two wheeled vehicles and cars,which can effectively solve the problem that the lifting platform of three-dimensional garage can not lift normally in case of power failure.In case of power failure,the self driving mode of the garage can be selected.The lifting platform is powered by the automobile engine.The lifting platform of the garage is driven by the self driving device of the lifting platform.When the garage is normally powered,either electric drive or self drive mode can be selected to drive the lifting platform of the garage.Through physical verification,the structure of the platform is safe and reliable.It can effectively improve the automation level and work efficiency of the whole set of the equipment.The platform can help the three-dimensional garage to alleviate the shortage of parking spaces,avoid the social adverse phenomenon that some car owners stop randomly due to landless parking,and effectively solve the problem that the garage lifting platform can not work normally and the garage is paralyzed in case of power failure.
