摘要
目的探讨围术期优质护理对介入治疗急症脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者并发症及满意度的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月间宝鸡市人民医院收治的100例急症脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者为研究对象,所有患者均实施介入术治疗。将患者采用随机数表法分成观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者围术期实施常规护理,观察组患者围术期实施优质护理,比较两组患者术后并发症发生率及满意度。结果观察组术后并发症发生率为4.0%,低于对照组的20.0%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组总满意度96.0%,高于对照组的76.0%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论介入治疗急症脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者,围术期优质护理可减少术后并发症的发生,获得满意的康复效果。
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative high-quality nursing on the complications and satisfaction in patients with acute cerebral aneurysm rupture and hemorrhage treated by interventional therapy. Methods One hundred patients with acute ruptured hemorrhagic cerebral aneurysm were selected at Baoji People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020. All participants received interventional therapy. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 50 patients in each group. The observation group received high-quality nursing and the control group received conventional nursing during the perioperative period. The incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications was 4. 0% in the observation group which was lower than 20. 0% of the control group( P < 0. 05). The overall satisfaction was 96. 0% in the observation group which was higher than 76. 0% of the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion Perioperative quality nursing can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and achieve satisfactory rehabilitation effect in patients with acute ruptured hemorrhagic cerebral aneurysm receiving interventional treatment.
