摘要
目的分析接受内镜治疗的结直肠侧向发育性肿瘤患者采取护理干预的作用与效果。方法研究对象为方便选取该院2020年1月—2021年1月期间接受治疗的101例接受内镜下黏膜剥离术或内镜下分片黏膜切除术的结直肠侧向发育性肿瘤患者,按照护理方式的不同分为两组,观察组(实施优质护理)51例,常规组(实施常规护理)50例。比较两组患者负性情绪评分、生活质量评分、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=8.679、10.963,P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量高于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=14.647、12.221、12.047、11.998、12.291、12.041、12.246、12.892,P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率(3.92%)低于常规组患者并发症发生率(22.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.358,P<0.05);观察组患者对护理人员服务态度满意率(94.11%)、对护理人员护理服务专业性满意率(96.07%)均高于常规组患者对护理人员服务态度满意率(80.00%)、对护理人员护理服务专业性满意率(82.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.487、5.156,P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务有着显著效果,能够改善患者生活质量,并提高患者满意程度,可以考虑积极推广。
Objective To analyze the effect and effect of nursing intervention in patients with colorectal lateral developmental tumors undergoing endoscopic treatment.Methods The subjects of the study were conveniently selected 101 patients with colorectal lateral developmental tumors of the rectum who underwent endoscopic mucosal dissection or endoscopic partial mucosal resection who received treatment from January 2020 to January 2021 in the hospital.Divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods,51 cases in the observation group(implemented high-quality nursing)and 50 cases in the routine group(implemented routine nursing),comparing the two groups of patients'negative emotion score,quality of life score,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction.Results The anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.677,10.963,P<0.05);the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.647,12.221,12.047,11.998,12.291,12.041,12.246,12.892,P<0.05);the complication rate of patients in the observation group(3.92%)was lower than that of patients in the routine group(22.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.358,P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group of nursing staff's service attitude(94.11%)and the professional satisfaction rate of nursing staff's nursing service(96.07%)were higher than the satisfaction rate of patients in the routine group(80.00%)of nursing staff's service attitude and nursing service professional satisfaction rate of nursing staff(82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.487,5.156,P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing services have a significant effect,can improve the quality of life of patients,and increase patient satisfaction.Active promotion can be considered.
