摘要
目的探讨无痛分娩技术对COOK球囊引产的初产妇疼痛、自然分娩率、产程时间及母婴结局的影响。方法方便选取2019年5月—2020年5月该院收治的接受COOK球囊引产的初产妇160名,以随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各80名。对照组接受常规分娩,观察组接受无痛分娩,比较两组疼痛、自然分娩率、产程时间及母婴结局。结果观察组无疼痛率为47.50%,高于对照组的0.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.225,P<0.05);观察组重度疼痛率为0.00%,低于对照组的35.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=33.939,P<0.05);观察组第一产程(6.25±1.25)h与总产程时间(7.08±1.75)h短于对照组的(7.85±1.85)、(8.71±1.89)h,差异有统计学意义(t=6.047、5.275,P<0.05);对照组顺产分娩率为80.00%,剖宫产率为20.00%;观察组顺产分娩率为93.75%,剖宫产率为6.25%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.632,P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局率为2.50%,低于对照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.766,P<0.05)。结论无痛分娩技术可有效缓解COOK球囊引产初产妇的疼痛程度,提高自然分娩率,缩短第一产程时间,并改善母婴结局。
Objective To explore the effect of painless delivery technique on primipara pain,natural delivery rate,time of labor,and maternal and infant outcome in COOK balloon induction of labor.Methods A total of 160 primiparas who received COOK balloon induction of labor in the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were conveniently selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 80 cases in each group using a random number table method.The control group received routine delivery,and the observation group received painless delivery.The pain,natural delivery rate,labor time and maternal and infant outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The pain-free rate of the observation group was 47.50%,which was higher than 0.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=24.225,P<0.05);the severe pain rate of the observation group was 0.00%,which was lower than 35.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=33.939,P<0.05);the first stage of labor(6.25±1.25)h and the total stage of labor(7.08±1.75)h in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(7.85±1.85)h,(8.71±1.89)h,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.047,5.275,P<0.05);the normal delivery rate of the control group was 80.00%,and the cesarean section rate was 20.00%;the observation group's normal delivery rate was 93.75%,and the cesarean section rate was 6.25%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.632,P<0.05);the adverse pregnancy outcome rate in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 12.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.766,P<0.05).Conclusion Painless delivery technology can effectively relieve the pain of primiparas induced by COOK balloon,increase the rate of natural delivery,shorten the time of the first stage of labor,and improve the maternal and infant outcome.
