摘要
唾液腺肿瘤是颌面部常见的肿瘤,在术前快捷有效地对唾液腺肿瘤进行诊断、预后评估是临床工作的重点之一。近年来血常规中的炎症指标如中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板/淋巴细胞比值(PLR)、淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值(MLR)被证明与唾液腺肿瘤的性质及预后存在密切联系。故该文就炎症指标与唾液腺肿瘤关系的研究进展进行综述。
Salivary gland tumors are common tumors in the maxillofacial region.Diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of salivary gland tumors before surgery is one of the focuses of clinical work.In recent years,the inflammatory index in blood routine,for example,the neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR),and lymphocyte/monocyte ratio(MLR)have been shown to be closely related to the nature and prognosis of salivary gland tumors.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of the relationship between inflammation indicators and salivary gland tumors.
