摘要
介绍冯正权教授运用补肾祛瘀法治疗卵巢癌的临床经验。冯正权教授认为,肾脏虚衰,血瘀胞宫是造成卵巢癌形成的主要病因病机,即“肾虚为本为因,血瘀为标为果”。故治疗上注重补肾,平衡阴阳,调补正气;活血消癥,祛邪外出,以延缓疾病进展。具有补肾固本调阴阳、活血祛瘀以消癥、补脾护胃防滋腻等临证特色。
This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor FENG Zhengquan treating ovarian cancer by applying the kidney-supplementing and stasis-dispelling method.Professor FENG Zhengquan believes that the main etiology and pathogenesis of ovarian cancer lies in the kidney deficiency and blood stasis obstructing the uterus,and that is“the kidney deficiency is the root and cause,and blood stasis is the tip and result”.Therefore,the treatment should pay attention to supplementing the kidney,balancing yin and yang as well as regulating and tonifying healthy qi;besides,the development of the disease should be slowed down by activating blood and eliminating mass as well as eliminating the pathogenic factors.Such treatment has the clinical characteristics of supplementing the kidney,consolidating the foundation,regulating yin and yang,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis to eliminate mass,as well as tonifying the spleen and protecting the stomach without being cloying.
